Equalize Opportunity, Diversify Talent

We are proud to be a part of the 'Equalize Opportunity, Diversify Talent' Project, which was implemented by TAYSAD (Automotive Supply Manufacturers Association). We held our first meeting for the project, which was initiated with the aim of creating a gender equality approach that will be a role model in the automotive supply industry, increasing women's employment in the sector, and implementing practices that will create a roadmap for other sectors.
